Stop the Congratulations. Start the Real Work.
Dear Editor:
Question: “If a tree falls in a forest, and there’s no one around to hear it, does it make a sound?” Aside from little to no mainstream coverage of this rally of 3,000 Jews, I ask, with all the power and smarts of all of these groups, how is it that we are so ineffectual in getting even basic facts out about Israel, about Hamas’ rockets fired on Israeli citizens, falling short and harming Gazans, about the daily Nazi speech on Palwatch.com, the demonization of Jews as evil beings, Hamas calls to kill Jews where ever you find them, funded by the genocidal Islamic Republic of Iran, refuting the Big Lies of apartheid, and on and on.
For the past fifteen years, Jewish groups have been impotent, ineffectual and unable to disseminate even basic information to the public at large. Perhaps they need to stop arguing with each other, pool their resources and fund our very own Public Relations firm to get the truth out. It’s already too little, too late but we need to try. So stop congratulating yourselves on this one time rally. The real work needs to be done. We Jews are too good at talking amongst ourselves, issuing newsletters which never penetrate mainstream media or get heard by the average American. We need to blitz radio, TV ads, billboards, flood congress, town halls, every place where people gather, with flyers with the truth, proclaim the truth on loud bull horns outside mainstream media’s offices until they print it. This sad statistic will be our doom,”25% of American Jews agree with the statement that “Israel is an apartheid state,” including 38% of Jews under the age of 40.”

Schumer’s Grandstanding
Dear Editor:
Chuck Schumer will fly to the UK to “save” an unresponsive Jewish girl on life support: “The hospital and its advisory board went to court, arguing that Alta should be removed from the ventilator. Unfortunately, Alta is currently unresponsive and severely limited in her physical capabilities.”
If Chuck thinks this, however kind, but single grandstand gesture will absolve his silence when Pelosi promoted antisemitic, ignorant, Israel and Jew basher Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) to Vice Chair of the House Foreign Affairs subcommittee, he is wrong. His deafening silence, as we watch Israeli cargo ships being stopped from docking by Arab Muslim mobs, will be not be forgotten so easily. The Jewish Voice, ‘An Open Letter to Senator Chuck Schumer’ “missing in action” over the past month when anti-Semitic incidents reached unprecedented levels, particularly in NY…A letter was recently published by 73 Democrats blaming Israel for the absence of peace in the Middle East, suggesting that settlements are the cause of the problem rather than an Arab intransigence that fails to recognize Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish State. Where were you on this, and why should we not take your silence as a sign of capitulation?”
So forgive me Chuck. This act of kindness, however well intentioned, is insufficient to make up for your omissions. Israel is being drowned in a sea of media hate and misinformation. Jews are being attacked by “Palestinian” Arab thugs on our streets. The truth about Hamas, Gaza, Hezbollah and the Islamic Republic of Iran’s funding Hamas’ genocidal threats go unspoken. Where is your voice for Israel under attack from the Squad, mainstream media, teacher’s unions, universities, all spreading their Big Lies about Israel for ethically defending itself?
American Jews are on life support. Today, if you are a Zionist, if you are a Jewish student, if you are a Jew, your life is at greater risk. Start speaking up for us.

Capitol Hill Protest Investigation
Dear Editor:
House Democratic Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Commission to investigate the January 6, 2021 Capital Hill protest and invasion merits consideration if the scope is expanding to include other violent protests that occurred around the nation as well. What about Anti fa and all the nightly demonstrations, which frequently turned into chaos or riots that took place in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland and other major cities around the nation after the unfortunate shooting and death of George Floyd?.
Billions of dollars in damages took place as a result of attacks on public buildings, private businesses, looting, arson, physical assault on law enforcement officials, occupation of and actual destruction of local police precincts? Taxpayers are stuck with the bill to clean up afterwards. Many minority owned businesses in these communities were destroyed and will never reopen.
How many thousands of jobs have been permanently lost as a result of this anarchy? How many other lives were lost during this chaos? Previous generations who engaged in peaceful protest would never dream of doing these things, Why not a commission to investigate the relationship between China and COVID-19 which resulted in the death of over 600,000 Americans?
