Bill Clinton Identified as “John Doe 36” in Unsealed Epstein Documents

Edited by: TJVNews.com

Former President Bill Clinton is set to be identified as “John Doe 36” in a collection of court documents related to the late financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. As was reported by the New York Post, the trove of documents, expected to be unsealed this week, is linked to a 2015 lawsuit from Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre. While Clinton is mentioned over 50 times in redacted portions, there is no indication of his involvement in any illegal activities, according to ABC News.

The references to Clinton in the documents primarily revolve around Giuffre’s efforts to compel him to testify against Epstein and his former associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, according to the Post report. Additionally, the mentions may touch upon attempts by both Maxwell and Giuffre to make Epstein confess in 2016 after he repeatedly invoked his Fifth Amendment rights during a deposition in the same lawsuit.

The court documents are expected to reveal the identities of more than 170 individuals associated with Epstein, previously known only as John and Jane Does. As was indicated in the Post report, Manhattan federal Judge Loretta Preska ruled just before Christmas that the documents would be unsealed in the new year. The release is scheduled to begin on January 2, following the New Year’s Day holiday.

While Clinton’s name appears in the documents, there is no suggestion of his involvement in any illegal activities. The unsealed documents are anticipated to include the names of accusers, alleged victims, individuals who worked for Epstein, were part of his inner circle, or allegedly participated in his criminal activities. According to information provided in the Post report, Prince Andrew, also known as the Duke of York in the British Royal Family is implicated in the sex-trafficking ring, and is expected to be named in the documents. This includes testimony from “Jane Doe 162,” who alleges being with Prince Andrew at a 2001 party at Epstein’s New York City townhouse.

It appears that the royal family might be attempting to rehabilitate Prince Andrew’s image as this year, he and ex-wife Sarah Ferguson were allowed to make the annual Christmas day walk from The Sandringham estate to St. Mary Magdalene church.  Prince Andrew’s daughters, Princess Beatrice and Eugenie and their respective spouses were also on hand during the walk to church.

Virginia Giuffre claimed that she was instructed by Maxwell and Epstein to have sex with Prince Andrew on numerous occasions, as was noted in the Post report. Despite Prince Andrew’s denial of the allegations and his insistence that he never met Giuffre, photographs have surfaced showing them together. He ultimately settled out of court in a lawsuit brought by Giuffre.

Despite the numerous photographs and flight records linking Clinton to Epstein, the former president steadfastly denies any illicit involvement with the sex offender, the report in the Post said. Flight logs indicate Clinton’s presence on Epstein’s private jet, raising questions about the nature of their relationship. The Post also reported that Giuffre’s attempts to subpoena Clinton for testimony in her lawsuit brought forth allegations of a meeting on Little St. James, a claim that Clinton vehemently denies.

In response to Giuffre’s accusations, Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former associate, insisted that Clinton never visited Little St. James. This contradiction in accounts adds a layer of complexity to the legal proceedings, as both sides present conflicting narratives about Clinton’s alleged interactions with Epstein and Giuffre.

According to the Post report, the release of these records may offer insights into the frequency and nature of Clinton’s travels with Epstein, potentially influencing public perception and legal proceedings.

Giuffre’s efforts to subpoena Clinton for testimony underscore the significance of his potential role in the case, the report in the Post said. The legal maneuvering raises questions about what Giuffre hopes to uncover through Clinton’s testimony and how it may impact the broader narrative surrounding Epstein’s illicit activities.

As the unsealed documents promise to shed light on various aspects of the Epstein case, representatives for Clinton have remained silent on the impending release. Requests for comment have gone unanswered, leaving observers and the public eager to see how the former president’s connections to Epstein will be portrayed in the unredacted records.
