By Jared Evan The NYPD released a photo of Frank James hours after the NYC subway attack, referring to James as a “person of interest.”

With a manhunt for the shooting suspect underway, New York City Police Commissioner Keechant Sewell described the suspect in Tuesday’s New York City subway attack as a black male, approximately 5′ 5″ tall, “with a heavy build,” and wearing a green “construction-type vest with a hooded sweatshirt.”

Frank James has ties to Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, police confirmed.

It’s not yet clear whether James, 62, is the shooter. Authorities have tied him to a U-Haul they believe is tied to the shooter. Frank James rented the U-Haul, they said in a news conference. The key to it was left at the shooting scene. Police are seeking James, Heavy.Com reported.

UPDATE: James became a suspect hours after this story was originally published and was subsequently arrested

James apparently is a regular YouTube personality, who often ranted about crime, slavery, the white race,  and  urban crime in NYC. His channel is known as” “prophet oftruth88”

Heavy.com reported:

On YouTube, James shared a video in the name “prophet oftruth88” about slashing and recent violent crimes in the New York subway. The Pix11 news story featured at the beginning of the YouTube video discussed New York Mayor Eric Adams being questioned about rising crime in the subways and homeless people.

His last video was posted last night and it was an intense, unhinged rant, talking about race issues, slavery, references to the bible, Ukraine, and the black race. It is very hard to follow and quite bizarre. He talks about the desire to kill people: “I wanna see people die right in front of my face, but I thought about it and I don’t wanna go to prison” , James states in his last You Tube video.

Zero Hedge pointed out:

In his videos, he appears to express support for an extreme “black nationalist” ideology. At certain points, he even expresses hatred or dislike for black people, referring to them as racial slurs which we won’t repeat here (although you can find some examples over at the Daily Beast). At one point, James calls upon “black Jesus” to “kill all the whiteys”.

Describing himself as a “prophet of doom”, James at one point described 9/11 as “the most beautiful day, probably in the history of this fucking world.”

One theme in many of his videos is how slavery destroyed the black race and white people are evil. James uses Ukraine as an example of the evils of the white race. Some of his rhetoric is very similar to NY Times endorsed radical revisionist history program “1619 Project”.

Below is the suspect’s last YouTube video, before he allegedly went on the train to commit mass murder. Luckily James was a poor shooter as this could have been far worse, This incident harkens back to the Long Island railroad massacre.

The 1993 Long Island Rail Road shooting occurred on December 7, 1993, aboard a Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) train in Garden City Park, New York, United States. As the train arrived at Merillon Avenue station, passenger Colin Ferguson began firing at other passengers with a semi-automatic pistol. Six of the victims were killed and nineteen others were wounded before Ferguson was tackled and held down by other passengers on the train. Ferguson defended himself in court and used “black rage” as a defense, as his massacre was racially based as he only targeted white passengers.

It is not known if the suspect targeted specifically any particular race on the train Tuesday morning.

UPDATE: YouTube finally removed the Black nationalist’s radical channel, shortly after he was arrested, however, several independent journalists captured several clips of James’ YouTube videos, displaying his racism and anti-white sentiment. Watch them below. The first video is from “Louder With Crowder” highlighting what he said hours before the subway shooting.
