The Biden family crime saga is not going away. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is sitting on not just one informant document alleged the Bidens took $10 million in an international bribery ring, but actually three of them, according to Congressional sources.

The heavily redacted FD-1023 informant document the FBI is holding back from the public, purportedly out of concern for the safety and well-being of the informant. The contents of the document have been a source of fierce contention between House members who are investigating the highly trusted FBI informant’s explosive claims about President Biden. The FBI gave access to the redacted document to the House Oversight Committee on the same day as the Justice department filed an unprecedented federal grand jury indictment against former President Donald Trump.

But more disturbing information about the FBI informant document is steadily trickling into the light. The Federalist has reported that the FD-1023 document shows testimony that the Bidens coerced Burisma into arranging ten million dollars in bribes. Burisma is the Ukrainian gas company that gave Hunter Biden a cushy board seat worth at least $50,000 a month.

According to informed sources familiar with the ongoing investigation into the FBI’s handling of the FD-1023 confidential human source report, the Bidens have been accused of allegedly coercing a foreign national into paying them $10 million in bribes, the Federalist reported. The extent of the FBI’s investigation into these explosive allegations remains unclear, as sources suggest that the agency has been uncooperative and unresponsive.

On Monday, Senator Chuck Grassley revealed that a foreign national, identified by individuals with knowledge of the matter as Mykola Zlochevsky, the founder of Burisma, possessed 17 recordings implicating the Bidens in a pay-to-play scandal. The FD-1023 report indicates that 15 of the recorded phone calls were between Zlochevsky and Hunter Biden, while the remaining two involved conversations between Zlochevsky and then-Vice President Joe Biden.

Further details from the FD-1023 reveal that the confidential human source reported Zlochevsky’s claim that the Bidens had coerced him into making the bribes. The context provided by sources familiar with the investigation supports the veracity of the CHS’s account.

In the FD-1023 dated June 30, 2020, the confidential human source summarized previous meetings with Zlochevsky. According to the CHS, during the 2015-2016 period, while providing advice to Zlochevsky, the CHS warned him to steer clear of any involvement with the Bidens.

After Donald Trump won the 2016 presidential election, the CHS asked Zlochevsky if he was upset about the outcome. Zlochevsky allegedly expressed dismay over Trump’s victory, fearing that an investigation would expose his payments to the Biden family, including a $5 million payment to Hunter Biden and another $5 million to Joe Biden. The CHS reported that Zlochevsky claimed he had been coerced by the Bidens into making these bribes.

In response, the CHS expressed hope that Zlochevsky had taken measures to protect himself. The Ukrainian oligarch then purportedly outlined the precautions he had taken to avoid detection, emphasizing that he had never directly paid the “Big Guy” and that it would take approximately 10 years to untangle the complex financial trails. The CHS also mentioned Zlochevsky’s references to audio recordings he had made during his conversations with Hunter and Joe Biden.

The broader context of this conversation lends credence to Zlochevsky’s claims of possessing recordings implicating the Bidens. Moreover, both Senator Grassley and House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer have stated that the FBI considered the CHS to be a highly credible source.

Individuals familiar with the investigation have revealed that the FBI acknowledged the CHS’s information as unrelated to the material provided by Rudy Giuliani to the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Western District of Pennsylvania. This office, led by then-Attorney General William Barr, was tasked with reviewing any new information related to Ukraine. Sources claim that while reviewing Giuliani’s information, agents in the Pittsburgh office stumbled upon a previous FD-1023 involving the CHS. Subsequently, on June 30, 2020, agents questioned the CHS, unearthing details regarding Burisma’s alleged bribery of the Bidens.

The FBI’s actions to investigate these allegations remain undisclosed, as sources informed The Federalist that the bureau has neither confirmed nor denied whether the FD-1023 was sent to Delaware for further investigation under Barr’s Department of Justice. Furthermore, the FBI allowed Representative Jamie Raskin, ranking member of the House Oversight Committee, to misrepresent the status of the investigation, the report claimed.

In connection with Biden’s Burisma business deal, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said the House Oversight Committee issued two subpoenas Friday to compel information about the Bidens’ Ukrainian transactions. Before Friday, the Committee had subpoenaed at least four banks — Bank of America, Cathay Bank, JPMorgan Chase, and HSBC USA N.A –and one individual.

“We’re giving out subpoenas for two more banks. And this has to do with bank accounts related to Ukraine. So, we’re digging deeper into this,” she said. “We were hoping to find, you know, actual transactions that relate to this 1023 form.”

Greene also described the FBI informant documents that she witnessed in a Congressional SCIF.

“The form references two separate 1023 [forms],” she said, referring to two additional FD-1023 forms mentioned in the FBI informant document.

“It’s on white paper, printed paper, eight by 11 normal paper. It looks like just a report,” she said.

“The form is written in chronological time,” Green continued. “The date of the 1023 that I read yesterday is June 30, 2020. But it tells chronological order, starting in 2015, 2016.”

Greene backed the credibility of the FBI informant, in line with the bureau’s own recorded assessments.

“The FBI told us [that] they just think he’s their best one,” she said. “Everything he hands over is true. Everything he hands over is valuable. Everything he hands over is accurate.”
