Nutrition & Illness Prevention

Dear Editor:

During this post pandemic period people are realizing today more than ever they must take responsibility, take a proactive approach to their health. Doctors all around the world agree that we must have between 7-13 servings of fruits and vegetables in our diets everyday to help us against infectious disease. How are we able to do this?

I am grateful that I came across the most researched nutritional product in the world, more than 40 scientific clinical studies from respected Universities all around the world showing the efficacy of this going in the body and doing positive things. Just recently this product premium capsules has been awarded the first place in the 2021 Healthy Foods Award from the prestigious Men’s Health Magazine in Spain.

Ladies and gentlemen, we must also invest in the prevention of our children. This company is inspiring healthy living all around the world with the Children’s Health Program. Their mission is to make a bridge between what we do eat and what we need to eat, taking nature and serving it to the people. The Children’s Health Program provides free products for our children as long as the parent takes the product. The aim of the children’s study is to establish what effect supplementing the family diet with fruits and vegetable capsules have on the general well being of children. I AM A PRODUCT OF THE PRODUCT—— JOIN ME ON HEALTH JOURNEY!!

Thoughts on Vax Mandate

Starting December 14th children in New York City must show proof of vaccines if they want to do anything indoors. They will not be able to go into a restaurant, movie, or any indoor venue. They will not be able to participate in extracurricular school activities such as sporting events, swimming, band, school dances, chess club etc. They will not be allowed to attend indoor birthday parties or have a slice of pizza after school without proof of vaccines. No swimming lessons at the Y either.

This is the last ridiculous rule that DeBlasio has chosen to impose before leaving office in January. Many parents have chosen not to vaccinate their younger children. It is the parent’s choice, not DeBlasio’s choice. Children, have in most cases, been able to recover from COVID without many ill effects. Isn’t wearing a mask inside enough for these young kids? Now they have to be vaccinated as well. Enough is enough! We can only hope that our incoming Mayor Eric Adams will rescind this ridiculous mandate when he takes the reins in January and free our kids to be kids again.
