Wisconsin law states that an absentee ballot must be signed by a witness, who must also list his or her address. If an address is not listed, then the ballot is considered invalid and must be returned to the voter to be corrected.
Dan O’Donnell a host on Milwaukee talk radio 1130 WISN reported; that sources have told him that the clerks and vote counters simply filled out the signatures themselves, potentially invalidating thousands of ballots.
Joe Biden supposedly won the state by about 20,000 votes — a margin of less than 1%.
