During a campaign event in Delaware on Friday, Presidential candidate Joe Biden delivered a speech, mainly as a response to the largely discredited Atlantic article that claims President Trump called soldiers who died in wars “losers” and “suckers”. This perfectly timed article was published at a time where the president is rising in vital swing state polls.
At one point Joe Biden actually read the teleprompter notes, reminiscent of the Will Ferrell character in Anchorman, Ron Burgundy
Biden just pulled another Ron Burgundy moment by reading the words “end of quote” out loud from the teleprompter
