There is something about Minister Louis Farrakhan Sr. which draws celebrities and politicians right into his web of hate, half truths and outright “blood libel”

Born in the Bronx as Louis Eugene Walcott, his career which started as a musician, took a strange turn.

In February 1955, he was headlining a show in Chicago, Illinois, called Calypso Follies. There he first came in contact with the teachings of the Nation of Islam (NOI) through Rodney Smith, a friend and saxophonist from Boston. Walcott and his wife Betsy were invited to the Nation of Islam’s annual Saviours’ Day address by Elijah Muhammad. Prior to going to Saviours’ Day, due to then-Minister Malcolm X’s media presence, Walcott had never heard of Elijah Muhammad, and like many outside of the Nation of Islam, he thought that Malcolm X was the leader of the Nation of Islam, Wikipedia chronicled.

He was mentored by Malcolm X up until the assassination in NYC, 1965. Farrakhan was in Newark at the time

Since then he has become synonymous with his anti-Semitic, anti-white and over the top rhetoric.  He was last front-page news, when he headed the Million Man March in 1995 held on the national lawn, the event drew under 1.2 million people, according to the NY Times

Lately his supporters have been making the news.

Recently Jewish raised comedian Chelsea Handler came out as a Farrakhan supporter.

Front page magazine reported:

It was powerful for me the way he spelled it out,” Chelsea Handler said of Louis Farrakhan. “So whatever, you know, everybody can go f___ themselves.”

Handler, a comedian pushing a new book, was responding to the backlash over her praise for the racist black supremacist leader on Instagram. The people complaining about her praise for the bigot were Jews. And the celebrity was telling critics, including Holocaust survivors, to go “f___ themselves.”

Farrakhan had called Hitler a “great man”, ranted about “Satanic Jews”, and, more recently, claimed that Florida was suffering from the coronavirus because he had asked Allah to punish Cuban Jews.

In that same speech, he thanked Chelsea Handler for posting a clip of him on Instagram.

Washington Free Beacon reported:

Nick Cannon, host of the Fox TV show The Masked Singer, praised anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan and claimed people of African descent are “the true Hebrews,” a trope meant to undermine the Jewish people’s connection to Israel. His comments, made on his YouTube talk show, have sparked a fierce backlash from pro-Israel and anti-hate groups, including the Anti-Defamation League.

Former president Obama even welcomed Louis Farrakhan to the White House. The NY Post reported:

It was all smiles when Louis Farrakhan strode into a weekly luncheon for the Congressional Black Caucus in Washington DC, where he had been invited to address the most powerful black lawmakers in the country.

The year was 2005, and the Nation of Islam boss was greeted by a new up-and-comer among their ranks, a senator from Illinois — Barack Obama.

“He is much better looking than I am,” Obama said, according to Askia Muhammad, a photographer who snapped an image of the future president glad-handing the divisive, anti-Semitic minister.

The Nation of Islam is even recognized by ultra-leftist think tank Southern Poverty Law Center as a “Black Nationalist Hate Group”. In these politically correct times, when saying “all lives matter”, will find you fired form your job or worse, it is amazing someone as high profile as Obama can praise Louis Farrakhan with extraordinarily little scrutiny. Louis, will continue to blame Jews for everything from 9/11 to coronavirus and celebrities will continue to praise him.

What makes this hate monger so special? There are thousands of people who spout the same exact rhetoric, yet Farrakhan grows stronger and stronger with powerful and famous people supporting and praising him endlessly.
