The Mail of Britain reported that inscription on his parent’s tomb at the IJ Morris Star of David cemetery in Florida has been replaced with a blank slab.

Speculation grows that the decision to make the tombstones anonymous was taken in order to protect the graves from being targeted by vandals who might want to take revenge for Epstein’s depraved acts of trafficking underage girls for the express purpose of sex acts,

On August 10th, it was reported that the billionaire financier committed suicide while in his prison cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in lower Manhattan. While his death has been designated as suicide, others believe that Epstein could have been murdered by another inmate.  Epstein was discovered as having hanged himself by prison officials.

On July 6th, Epstein was arrested as he arrived in New York from Paris on his private jet. He had pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking involving dozens of underage girls as young as 14, from at least 2002 to 2005.

He previously admitted prostituting minors in 2008 and spent 18 months in prison in Palm Beach, Florida after agreeing a plea bargain, according to the report in the Mail of the UK.

Epstein  was entombed the day after his funeral in Frank E Campbell chapel in Manhattan, New York, Mail Online reports.

Epstein’s brother, Mark, who was reported to have oversaw the funeral arrangements and is heir to his brother’s significant fortune, was reportedly angered when queried by the media about whether his sibling’s body was buried next to his parents.

The 65-year-old told the news site: “It’s nobody’s f**king business. It’s a private family matter, you got that? I’m not going to answer your question.”

Plots at the cemetery are said to sell for up to $250,000 in part because of its proximity to the affluent town of Palm Beach, Florida.

In 1991, Epstein’s father Seymour was buried there and in 2004 his mother, Paula, was also buried in this cemetery.

In a related development, Fox News reported that Prince Andrew of the British royal family, has denied he ever witnessed Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal behavior in the “limited time” they spent together.

The 59-year old Duke of York and younger brother of Princes Charles has come under media scrutiny for his friendship with Epstein.

In a statement from  Fox News on Saturday, Prince Andrew that he met Epstein 20 years ago and “saw him infrequently and probably no more than only once or twice a year.”

But Andrew acknowledged being Epstein’s houseguest “in a number of his residences,” according to the Fox News report.

“At no stage during the limited time I spent with him did I see, witness or suspect any behavior of the sort that subsequently led to his arrest and conviction,” Andrew said.

Andrew said it was a “mistake and an error” to see Epstein in 2010, after the financier’s release.

Fox News reported that Andrew said that he had “tremendous sympathy for all those affected by Epstein’s behavior.”

“His suicide has left many unanswered questions and I acknowledge and sympathize with everyone who has been affected and wants some form of closure,” Andrew continued.

“This is a difficult time for everyone involved and I am at a loss to be able to understand or explain Mr. Epstein’s lifestyle. I deplore the exploitation of any human being and would not condone, participate in, or encourage any such behavior.”

Video surfaced earlier in the week showing Andrew waving goodbye to a young woman at the door of Epstein’s Manhattan mansion during that now-notorious 2010 visit, according to the Fox News report.

Court papers released the day before Epstein’s suicide included portions of a deposition from a woman who said she was 21 in 2001 when Andrew fondled her breast.
