DeBlasio has partnered with racist rabble rouser Al Sharpton to the tune of having one of the Reverend’s closest supporters as the aide to his First Lady with a salary of $170,000
New York City’s Mayor de Blasio is no longer welcome at the funerals of officers who lose their lives serving the city.

Each vote for Bill deBlasio back in the election of 2013 can now be considered a shovel full of dirt removed in excavating the grave site for New York City. His incompetence and cluelessness exhibited in less than one year in office has created a catastrophe of major proportions and the premonitions for the city’s disaster looms in the not so distant future.

Many disgruntled upper East Side residents accused him of resorting to class warfare during the January 2014 blizzard that blanketed the City during which snowplows were not to be seen in those gold plated streets. He has partnered with racist rabble rouser Al Sharpton to the tune of having one of the Reverend’s closest supporters as the aide to his First Lady with a salary of $170,000. The Latino community is raging over his decision to spend a few hours at his gym rather than show up for the funeral of former congressman Herman Badillo. To add insult to injury, he didn’t even pick up the phone to offer condolences to the widow. Any politician ignoring and insulting 28% of his electorate is heading for disaster.

A major, perhaps irrevocable move of complete stupidity on the part of Hizzoner is the trashing of any positive relationship he may have had with the NYPD. His fatherly lecture to his son, Dante, warning him of the dangers the NYPD presents to his safety has destroyed any good will that was nurtured between City Hall by its last two incumbents. deBlasio has dug the hole a bit deeper with the greatest police department in the country by accusing them of the murder of a Staten Island thug who resisted arrest. After all, who makes up his retinue of dozens of bodyguards, if not the NYPD? How stupid can one be to alienate those who are sworn to take a bullet for you? The Patrolmen’s Benevolent Organization just advised their members to sign a request to forbid the mayor from attending their funerals if they lose their lives in the service of the City. There is pure hatred there.

But let’s get back to the future of the city that deBlasio is undermining so well. The source of income from the capitalist enterprises within the five boroughs is at stake with the obvious deterioration of the school system and the other service agencies under his command. Businesses require neighborhood stability and the opportunity for growth which leads to expanded employment which benefits us all. deBlasio’s promise of taxing the rich is driving the educated, law abiding, entrepreneurial taxpayers out of the city. One has to just take a look at the Stock Exchange which employs over 350,000 workers. It has been a city fixture since its birth in 1792 but the fertility of NYC to its growth is in decline. The electronic age in finance has rendered a geographic location no longer important. A move to Phoenix or Boca Raton where favorable tax systems and employment resources are plentiful may look appealing for the exchange as well as other large establishments who are casting a fearful eye at any future plans of the Communist leaning mayor.

As well, deBlasio and his crew of Democrats have to be wary of the total control the Republicans will soon have over both houses of the legislative branch of government. The large contingent of  NYC Democrat legislators will be impotent in support of funding for their districts. Federal dollars for the second Avenue subway, affordable housing and other recipients of U.S. aid will be targets of the Conservative movement who will surely cast an evil  eye at the very liberal New York state and its radically run Big Apple. And what could be worse for this scenario than a Republican president in two years?

The appeal to deBlasio of  recreating  another Havana or Caracas will lead to the devastation not only of New York City with its population of well over eight million but will wreak havoc to the surrounding bedroom communities ranging well into New Jersey and Long lsland and beyond. He and his cronies are playing with fire. We have only to look at the radical elements such as the Occupy Movement, Acorn, MoveOn and other anarchist groups that are so mobile to speed to the sites of discord to understand that the virus having infected and destroyed Ferguson may well be on its way Eastward.

The gravesite for the City is being dug deeper and wider with every unfortunate move the Mayor makes. It behooves all of us to begin to rethink our method of selecting our elected representatives by dropping the Fascist-like practice of voting The Party Line. Sometimes we have to reach out to the best candidates whatever their party, in order to perpetuate our democracy and our way of life. It’s time to wake up.
