Kings Plaza, Brooklyn’s premier regional mall, continues to elevate its tenant mix, today announcing Fossil’s grand opening. This high performing property is undergoing significant improvements that will include: reconstruction of its parking garage, renovation of the exterior façade and signage, as well as a renovation of the interior common areas and décor. Construction has recently started and will be complete by fall 2014.

Fossil at Kings Plaza will be 1,100 square foot store located on the upper level, offering unique watches, handbags and jewelry for both men and women.

“The growth and success of Kings Plaza is a direct result of the retail choices we are offering,” said Steve DeClara, Senior Property Manager, Kings Plaza. “With the resurgence of Brooklyn as both a destination and a great place to live, Kings Plaza has the advantage of attracting a broad variety of retail options for our shoppers and adding amenities that make each visit more enjoyable.”

Kings Plaza recently announced the strategic addition of first to market retailers Michael Kors, Fossil and Justice. In the past year, the property has introduced 6 retailers with names that include Pandora and Champs. The 1.1 million square foot center continues its evolution with a make-over to include a fresh new look, more parking spaces, and soft seating areas throughout the mall. Guests will also be able to access escorts to their cars as well as to the bus stop on Flatbush Avenue. Additional services include guest assist with carrying bags, locating lost and found items, and access to wheelchairs to name a few. Guests are encouraged to visit Guest Services now to start enjoying the additional service amenities.

Kings Plaza serves the entire borough of Brooklyn as its only enclosed mall, with 1.1 million square feet on two levels, and a 10-level parking garage. The property is the last stop on 10 NY Transit bus lines, making it a convenient retail destination for urban shoppers.
