Hudson Yards keeps getting bigger and bigger, although it is still a ways away from reaching its fullest potential, if the design plans continue to go along well for the next couple of decades or so. The progress is unavoidable though, with towering buildings already sitting on the far-west side and looking back at New Jersey over the Hudson River.

The megaproject does have a building which is ready to go now and has already had tenants inside it, 10 Hudson Yards, which the New York Post reports is 704 feet tall and was designed by Kohn Pederson Fox, formally opening its doors in 2016 despite remaining under construction. Some of the current tenants are Vayner Media, SAP, L’Oreal, and Tapestry. This beautiful building isn’t the only thing that you can currently find in Hudson Yards. Here’s a look at some more things to come in the future, with some of these properties already standing tall in the air, or low to the ground depending on what we’re talking about, and some things still remain mostly as schematics.

Then there’s 30 Hudson Yards, which is the tallest building in the neighborhood and the city’s third-tallest building. KPF is responsible for designing this nearly 1,300-foot office building that will soon have Time Warner Media relocate there from its relatively new and large spot at the Time Warner Center in Columbus Circle. The entire Time Warner Center will be torn out and renovated, making the building that’s about two decades old that much more of a prime real estate spot. The fact that Time Warner wants to move from this location to the far-west side of Manhattan is telling about the value of this megaproject.

There are tenants who signed leases for 55 Hudson Yards, like major law firms such as Milibank and BSF. Apple may try getting some office space too.

The 917-foot-tall luxury condo tower is 15 Hudson Yards and is coming into form. It particularly stands out because it has what the New York Post describes as four curved-glass “tubes” at the top. The property houses 285 upscale units with almost two thirds already sold. People will be able to start moving in later this spring.

Don’t forget about the ground, where you can look way up at the towering skyscrapers. There will be a new avenue created, and the idea is to create a lot of park space. The High Line will be integrated more into the plans, as it already runs nearby and has a connection right to one of the buildings.

The Jewish Voice has reported about these massive developments, like when Debevoise & Plimpton announced it would also come to Hudson Yards, the city’s sparkling megaproject on the far-west side of midtown Manhattan. This major law firm will join others who plan to move to the neighborhood or are already there in some of the new buildings that offer world-class amenities and views that have to be seen to be believed.
