It looks like Josh Kushner, brother of Ivanka Trump’s husband Jared Kushner, and his wife Karlie Kloss are moving on up from their Nolita apartment after being married last year. The couple just put the place on the market for just shy of $7 million.

The Kushner brothers keep in contact, but they’re handling different tasks nowadays. Jared’s off doing some of the country’s most serious work like restoring Middle East peace after the president named the senior adviser and son in law to a number of task forces. Another thing Jared is trying to do is reorganize the federal government, for example, but because of his governmental work, he no longer invests in Thrive, which is a fund that belongs to Josh. Josh, on the other hand, is free to continue with his investments as he pleases because he has no public obligations in the same sense that his brother does.

The so-called other son, Josh, is no joke. He doubled his money with a smart investment in Instagram right before Facebook bought it, giving him a very quick and efficient return on investment. His hard work has paid off enough where he and his wife hope they can move on from Nolita, leaving a prime spot at 211 Elizabeth St. open for anyone who wants to plop down a few million bucks. For the price, that person would get 2,000 square feet and another 1,120 square feet for landscaping. There’s a terrace, gas and wood-burning fireplaces, and a full chef’s kitchen, according to the New York Post. If that’s not enough, there’s a bathroom that has many of the amenities of a spa or luxurious hotel suite. There’s plenty of storage space for things like clothing and a grand master bedroom for slumbering after a hard day of work.

The architects who put together what the property would look like, Roman & Williams, gave it an older look by using red bricks so that it had the same feel as the rest of the neighborhood. Tenants at the building have access to things like a bike room, gym, storage, and a rooftop terrace that even has landscaping, according to the New York Post.

Kushner is the founder and managing partner of the investment firm Thrive Capital. According to People magazine, Kushner’s bride Karlie Kloss converted to Judaism this past June. The couple have been in a relationship for six years.

The Jewish Voice has reported before about Josh and his marriage to Kloss. Kloss followed her sister-in-law’s path. Ivanka Trump converted before she and Jared married in 2009. She studied with Rabbi Haskel Lookstein, an upper east side Orthodox rabbi.

“Josh and I share a lot of the same liberal values that guide our lives and the things we stand for,” Kloss said to Vogue last year.
