Maxine Waters Encourages Harassment of Trump Administration

“Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up,” Waters said at a recent rally. “And if you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere”, congresswoman Maxine Waters screamed on top of her lungs at a recent rally of her continents.

Waters has been the most aggressive and vocal on the left against Trump and many have taken her words of aggression to heart, as the rhetoric and actions of the far left are spiraling out of control. Several recent events show the increasing incivility.

White House Press Secretary Sanders was thrown out of a Virginia restaurant recently because she works for President Trump — the latest Trump official to be hounded out of a restaurant because of their political affiliation.

A group of chanting protesters gathered outside White House adviser Stephen Miller’s Washington D.C. apartment on Monday. Before the chanting really picked up, the crowd circulated “Wanted” flyers expressing the contention that Miller is guilty of “crimes against humanity,” among other things. The reward, “Defeating Fascism and the Trump regime.”

A burned animal carcass was reportedly left on the doorstep of a Department of Homeland Security staffer on Tuesday in a frightening and threatening display. DHS staffers — particularly Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents — in recent weeks have been the target of roughly two dozen threats, according to ABC News. The threats were reportedly sent online.

President Donald Trump tweeted a warning to Rep. Maxine Waters (D-California), Monday, saying the congresswoman who has called for public confrontations of Trump administration members, should “be careful what you wish for.” The president also called Waters one of a very low IQ. In response Waters wrote on Twitter “I believe in peaceful, very peaceful protest,” she said. “I have not called for the harm of anybody. This president has lied again when he’s saying that I called for harm to anyone.”

Regardless of her intentions, the left are creating a hostile political environment.

Around a year ago in Alexandria, Virginia, Republican member of Congress and House Majority Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana was shot in an attempted assignation, while practicing for the annual Congressional Baseball Game for Charity, by a far left political activist. The rhetoric by left wing pundits and select elected officials like Waters has only gotten more intense since then.

Aa a response to Waters calls for harassment of Trump staffers some have called for her to resign. Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz introduced a resolution in the House to censure Waters and push her to apologize for her remarks, according to Newsmax.

“Rep. Waters comments could directly and unnecessarily lead to public unrest, physical violence, and physical injury,” Biggs’ resolution stated. Harassment is never an acceptable method of disagreement”, he continued. The resolution claimed Waters’ comments “do not contribute anything positive to the public dialogue.”

In the resolution, Biggs also said Waters should issue a statement that says, “Physical violence and harassment is not an appropriate reaction for members of the public to express disagreement with their elected officials.”
