Prostitute loving Elliot Spitzer, who in 2008 resigned from his position as the Governor of New York in the midst of a scandal involving his solicitation of high-end prostitutes, is not keen on publicly discussing his alleged leash fetish.

On Wednesday, November 29, at about 6:15 p.m., a reporter for The Post questioned the 58-year-old Spitzer about his fetish as the perv Politian exited his apartment building located at 800 Fifth Avenue on the Upper East Side. Spritzer, who in 2013 was finally dumped by his wife Silda Wall Spitzer, ignored the reporter’s probing, as he continued walking with a stone-cold frown on his face.

The three-bedroom apartment owned by Spitzer on the 22nd floor of 800 Fifth Avenue has recently been put up for rent on the market with an asking price of $19,500 per month. Spitzer is actually living in another even more luxurious apartment in the same building that sits across the street from Central Park.

The Post exclusively revealed on Wednesday night that papers were filed in Manhattan Supreme Court by the 27-year-old former call girl Svetlana Travis Zhakarova, to lift the order of silence that was placed on her while she was being prosecuted on charges, which included the extortion of $400,000 from Spitzer.

Zhakarova, a Russian native, claims that the First Amendment gives her the right to “discuss any and all actions or events that she participated in with Spitzer.”

The ex-escort’s lawyer Joseph Murray wrote, “Moreover, the fact that Spitzer was paying young girls to insert sex toys into his anal cavity and walk him around the floor on all fours with a leash is conduct that he made a conscious choice to engage in.”

Back in October, Zhakarova made a plea bargain, in which she pled guilty to attempted petit larceny for trying to rob another former lover, toy store owner Paul Nippes, of his rent money.

A spokeswoman for Spitzer has called the allegation made by Zakharova against him “reprehensible lies from an extortionist.” The spokeswoman also said that “the record in this case and her guilty plea speak for themselves.”
