Scott Stringer (D) – NYC Comptroller

News 12 reported that former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer conceded defeat to Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer in the hotly contested race for New York City Comptroller.  With 76 percent of precincts reporting, Stringer had about 52 percent of the vote, to Spitzer’s 48 percent.
